MDAS-9Soltrack is pleased to announce our new range of Advanced Driver Assistance Systems.  Advanced driver-assistance systems (ADAS) are systems developed to automate/adapt/enhance vehicle systems for safety and better driving. Safety features are designed to avoid collisions and accidents by offering technologies that alert the driver to potential problems.

An Advanced Driver Assistance System (ADAS) can protect drivers, reduce accidents and improve performance. It uses sensor technology on or in the vehicle to monitor road conditions that may pose a threat. By issuing alerts when necessary, ADAS helps the driver avoid collisions. With an ADAS on board, your driver can arrive safely at each destination on time and unscathed.

Premium ADAS with PCW Function

ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance Systems) with cutting-edge PCW (Pedestrian Collision Warning) function. It protects drivers from collision by warning them if there is any pedestrian, bicyle or motorcycle ahead.

pcwPedestrian Collision Warning (PCW)

Pedestrians and cyclists are the most vulnerable road users, and are less likely to be identified by drivers. A groundbreaking technology to reduce car collisions by sending out warning signals once it detects any pedestrians, cyclists or motorbikes ahead.

fcwForward Collision Warning (FCW)

Forward Collision Warning System uses a monocular vision camera installed on the windshield and a color image sensor with a robust algorithm that has been developed for various driving conditions. The system recognises vehicle and non-vehicle images through the algorithm and calculates distances and relative speed for Time To Collision (TTC); it alerts the driver with sound and visual warnings when the host car is approaching a car ahead too quickly or where a potential collision exist.

ldwLane Departure Warning (LDW)

Lane Departure Warning system (LDW) uses a computer vision algorithm to provide reliable lane detecting performance in various road conditions. LDW recognizes different types of lane markings such as solid, dots, double markings as well as different colors: white, yellow, and blue. The application alerts the driver with sound and visual warnings when the vehicle departs from its lane unintentionally or provides early warning when the vehicle goes within a preset distance of lane marks.

dvrDigital Video Recorder (DVR)

The Digital Video Recorder (DVR) provides a real-time recording function with a competitive safe driving algorithm system based on the latest Cortext A8 core from Texas Instrument. The system records driving scenes using 1M pixel sensor, 720D resolution, and 30FPS. The DVR system is available to equip an optional camera and records in real-time (640x480 resolution, 15FPS) from inside of the vehicle, rear-view windshield, or any preferred location. With additional features, including built-in Wi-Fi network and GPS, drivers can access recorded video clips using a smartphone or MDAS website, and the system can provide location tracking for Fleet Management Services.

Alerts the driver if the drivers vehicle doesn't start moving if the vehicle in front starts to move forward from a stationary position (0km speed) within 2 seconds.

fpwForward Proximity Warning (FPW)

Notifies the driver when there is a vehicle within the detection range, where the drivers vehicle moves forward.  The detection range can be setup to alert the driver from 1.2m to 3m.

Compact Full HD Wide Angle ADAS

The MDAS-5 is compact, sees further, provides clear and vivid colour videos with Sony Exmor sensor. Optional indicator is available for EU LDW and FCW standards. The MDAS-5 includes major functions such as Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Forward Proximity Warning(FPW), Forward Vehicle Start Alarm(FVSA) to assist drivers.

The MDAS-3LF 2CH helps drivers avoid collisions with state of the art computer visual image processing technology. The MDAS-3LF 2CH includes major functions such as Forward Collision Warning, Lane Departure Warning (LDW), Forward Proximity Warning(FPW), Forward Vehicle Start Alarm(FVSA) to assist drivers. Additionally Car Digital Video Recorder (Dash camera) and Tachograph (Driving logger) help drivers manage fuel consumption and improve driving behavior.
